Is a naturally gifted pass
catcher and ball handler. He can play in a variety of
roles and be comfortable handling the ball. Has a wide
catch radius and plucks with ease away from his frame.
Can elevate and compete in a crowd and is a strong pass
catcher who attacks the ball when contested. Is flexible
enough to show the body control necessary to adjust to
poorly thrown passes. Would be considered one of the
better big play threats in this class as a tight end.
Size/speed combo gives him real advantages against
coverage and as a ball carrier. Needs to get stronger,
but that will come in time. His plays at this level are
a result of being athletically superior. He's a unique
guy because he looks a little like a fish out of water
due to his body type, but the more you watch him the
more impressed you become with his body control and
comfort level. Shows a few flashes on defense, but there
would be more development and a longer transition on
that side of the ball. |
